Denman Half Apron - I love this because it's a hand towel that you can wear.  When I'm cooking I always end up washing my hands like crazy and this helps me move faster and just dry hands with the apron.

Herringbone Apron - If you're looking for a full apron to use year-round this one is perfect.  The straps go over the top of the shoulder preventing neck strain.
